The App
What Cheesemonger Does
Cheesemonger is a cheese tracking application designed to help you:
- Log cheeses with photos, ratings, and notes
- Track details like milk type, texture, price, and origin
- Search and browse your cheese collection
- Remember your favorites
What Cheesemonger Is Not
Cheesemonger is a personal journal app. It does not:
- Provide nutritional or dietary advice
- Connect to any external services or databases
- Share your data with anyone
User Responsibilities
Appropriate Use
You agree to:
- Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Intellectual Property
Cheesemonger, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Salimov Studios and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the app without permission
- Use our trademarks or branding without authorization

Data and Privacy
Your use of Cheesemonger is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:
- All data is stored locally on your device
- We do not have servers that store your information
- You own your data and can delete it anytime
App Availability and Changes

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salimov Studios from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the app
- Your violation of these terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
Third-Party Services
The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's terms and policies. We are not responsible for Apple's service availability or policies.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device. We may discontinue the app at any time without notice.
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Children
Cheesemonger is suitable for all ages. We do not collect any personal information from users of any age.
Severability

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Entire Agreement
